Want a stall at the Sherwood Festival?

Please see stall type definitions below and select the stall type that best matches your stall.

​

Stall applications will be reviewed regularly and we aim to send an email confirming your application has been received within 72 hours. Please note the official festival hours will be between 3pm to 7pm on November 18th, however you will be given later and earlier bump-in and bump-out times closer to the date. 

​

If your stall application is successful, you will receive an acceptance email and an invoice for payment. Applications are only considered confirmed upon receipt of all relevant insurances, licences and payment.

Stall type definitions

 

Non Profit Organisations: (3x3m $50 | 3x6m $80)

Organisations such as charities, schools, and local groups (scouts, guides, historical society, sport groups, nursing mothers, kindergartens).

General Goods and Commercial Operators: (3x3m $125 | 3x6m $175 )

General Goods constitute clothing, toys, household items, games, jewelry, stationary, sample bags, business information (such as real estate, gyms, banks, etc)

Commercial Food Operator: (3x3m $200 | 3x6m $300 | oversized $400 )

Stalls serving food that is prepared on the festival site (eg pizzas, pastas, paellas), drinks, coffees, ice-creams etc
