Sherwood Community Festival was first organised in 1995 by a small group of Sherwood Road traders as a promotion of their shopping precinct.
A hearty thank you goes to all our past sponsors who continue the tradition. From a handful of stalls we have grown to more than 100, with an attendance of up to 10,000 visitors.
This award-winning festival draws a wide demographic from a catchment area that encompasses from Chelmer to Oxley, and neighbouring districts.
